The middle cylinders in turn will have an intake closed during the exhaust stroke and an exhaust closed during the intake stroke long before during and after TDC. You can look at the 1 cam lobes and if both pointing downward at 4 and 8 o'clock as viewed from the front, close enough for setting the valve lash. You can post now and register later.
